Sam's Club Hub
We will accept returns for Club Hub orders of select merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags, and unworn or your return may be rejected.
Once we receive the item(s) for return, we will refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged to the original payment method or Club Hub e-gift card. This can take 5-7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
All masks, clearance, and customized items purchased through the Sam's Club Hub are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
