We ship FedEx Ground to all 50 U.S. states. Expedited shipping isn’t available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

The site does not currently support online orders going to Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Customer Service before placing your order, and we'll help find the best shipping option available.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from Rogers, AR. Delivery timing varies by location and carrier volume.

Usually, yes. Most orders ship in one package. If multiple boxes are needed, you’ll still only be charged once.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Clearance items and customized products are final sale. Check our Return Policy for full details.

You can initiate a return request from your order history page, which is found in your account. Access your account by logging in and clicking the "Account" link in the upper right corner.

Your order history as of May 28th, 2026 can be found in your profile. If you have a question on an order or return placed before that time, you can contact support and we'll do what we can to help.

There are a few options:

Order confirmation email - Print your order confirmation email or save as a PDF. 
Order status page - accessible via the link in the confirmation email or in your order history.
Shop app - if your checkout email matches your Shop account, the receipt automatically appears in their Shop app.
