Shipping & Returns

Shipping Basics

We ship all orders via FedEx Ground to all 50 U.S. states. Nice and easy.
Most orders ship together based on the item with the longest processing time. If your order ends up arriving in more than one box, don’t worry—you’ll only be charged once. No surprise math.

Shipping Timelines

We keep things moving Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (excluding nationally recognized holidays). That means:

  • No weekend shipping
  • No Saturday or Sunday delivery

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they ship.

From there, delivery time can vary depending on:

  • When your order leaves our distribution center
  • Your delivery location
  • Carrier volume
  • The shipping method selected

A few important callouts (because we like being upfront):

  • Expedited shipping isn’t available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
  • FedEx Priority isn’t available in all areas
  • All shipments originate from Rogers, AR

Returns - How It Works

If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date.  To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • Unworn

If not, your return may be rejected (we promise we’re not being dramatic - just fair).

One important heads‑up:
All masks, clearance items, and customized products are final sale and can’t be returned.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund:

  • The item price
  • Any applicable taxes

Refunds go back to the original payment method or a Club Hub e‑gift card and usually take 5–7 business days to process.  A couple of things to know:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
